1. Services Provided

We offer digital services, including:

• Web Design: Custom websites built to your specifications.
• Content Writing: Original, human-written SEO content.
• AI Video Generation: Branded, AI-enhanced video content.

All services are delivered based on mutually agreed scopes and timelines.

2. Client Obligations

Clients must provide all required information, assets, and feedback on time. Delays in communication or approvals may affect delivery schedules.

3. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final work transfers to the client upon full payment. We retain rights to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion. Payment delays may result in halted services.

5. Revisions

• Web design: 2 revision rounds included
• Content: 2 revision rounds within 7 days
• AI video: 1 adjustment round

Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed once work begins. Any partial refunds are at our discretion, based on work completed.

7. Use of AI Content

AI-generated videos and assets are customized but may use third-party tools. Clients are responsible for proper end-use and licensing if required.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or third-party service issues. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.

9. Confidentiality

All client information is kept confidential and used only for project execution unless required by law.

10. Termination

We may terminate services for breach of terms, lack of payment, or unprofessional behavior. Completed work up to that point will be shared.
